Our Pre-manufactured copper and fiber assemblies are cut to length and terminated in a clean facility, eliminating onsite waste from measuring, trimming and human error.

  • It is estimated that over 60 BILLION feet of communications cabling is currently installed in plenum ceilings in the United States alone. A larger percentage of this cabling is unused.
  • Average manufacturing volumes of plenum and non-plenum cables combined is approximately 7.2 billion feet per year.
  • In 2002 the National Electrical Code was revised to require that unused cabling be removed from commercial structures.
  • While the copper conductor wiring in this cable is recyclable, the commingled plastics in cable jacket are not.
  • It is estimated that 95% of all abated cabling is recycled for copper but as much as 90% of the resin cable jacket is incinerated or ends up in our landfills.
